Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay Tops Off Its Second Tower

The 22-story Tower Two in Bonita Springs has reached full height, putting London Bay's luxury twin-tower project on track for August 2027 move-ins.

Coastal Construction marked the topping off of Tower Two at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay on Sept. 18 with a flag and palm trees hoisted by crane above 5000 Coconut Road, Gulfshore Business reported.

The second 22-story tower at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay in Bonita Springs topped off on Sept. 18, 2026. Its 112 residences are about 45% sold, Tower One is more than 90% sold, and move-ins and project completion are scheduled for August 2027.
